The staff and the food was what makes that place amazing. Special note of thanks to driver. There was a garden. A cool bonus was nearby Kunza Restaurant, that offered tea and coffee.

Nestled in a breathtaking location on the outskirts of a charming town, this hotel offers stunning panoramic views of the Lucan Cabur volcano. The barbeque area in the back of the property adds a delightful touch, perfect for enjoying local cuisine and savoring Chilean wines from well-reputable wineries. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities like indoor and outdoor showers. The service is exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, setting the perfect tone for a day of exploring. The view of the desert completes the extraordinary experience.
One minor downside is the lack of screens on the terrace sliding doors, which may allow flies to enter the rooms.

This luxurious hotel is a haven in the desert. the all, inclusive amenities are top, notch, from the exceptional service to the stunning spa and wellness centre. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, sun loungers, garden area, and the relaxing massage in the spa lounge. the restaurant offers delicious breakfast, packed lunches, and special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area is perfect for a cocktail at sunset. the location is unbeatable, surrounded by breath, taking views.
Although this hotel is nearly perfect, one minor issue was the impracticality of the bathroom, which wasn't up to the same standard as the rest of the venue. Nevertheless, this small detail pales in comparison to the hotel's many other amenities and overall luxurious experience.

Stayed during Easter. Incredible adventures and friendly staff. The hikes and outings were challenging and super rewarding. We took in some breathtaking landscapes and well-preserved archeological sites. The food was creative and delicious, catering always to our needs and preferences. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool and spa, where we were able to unwind and recharge for the following day's adventures.
Despite a fantastic stay, the hotel's location was a bit isolated. It could be challenging to access as the roads were a bit bumpy and dusty.

Spending New Year's Eve here was a great decision. the staff was very friendly, and the customized tours were perfect for us. the location was perfect, surrounded by mountains and close to the town. the food was exceptional, giving us a unique culinary experience. the room was cozy and cleaned daily.
Although the pool and spa were relaxing, I wish the water in the pool could have been warmer. the shuttle service should be included in the hotel's pricing rather than being an additional cost.

Our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed the comfortable room with its superb view. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were always met. Additionally, the included meals and excursions were fantastic value and very enjoyable. We especially appreciated the variety of food options available and how easy it was to customize our itinerary to fit our preferences. The location was convenient for accessing key attractions and offered a great base for exploring the area.
We did experience some issues with the plumbing in our room which was occasionally frustrating. Additionally, while the hotel staff were generally welcoming, we found that some of the guides were a bit less enthusiastic and could have done more to make our excursions memorable.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue in the heart of the Atacama Desert. the service is exceptional, fulfilling every need for the ultimate relaxation experience. the Spa & wellness center offers a variety of treatments, including massage and sauna, and the outdoor swimming pool is perfect for soaking up the sun. the restaurant serves a variety of delicious meals, including special diet menus, and the breakfast buffet is a delightful start to the day. the private facilities and location advantages make this hotel the perfect place to unwind and indulge in the beauty of the wilderness.
The only minor issue with this hotel was the lack of sun loungers by the pool. Although there is plenty of space in the garden area for relaxation, more loungers would be appreciated.
